    It delivers what it says…I wrote this review after completing one bottle of 20 and I’m almost completing my second bottle of 20 and already have acquired third bottle of 20…I loved the results…I take 1 daily before sleeping with a glass of milk and it has worked wonders…but one thing I would like to mention is when I received my 2nd order of this item I got a damaged …and now when I opened my 3rd bottle I got only 19 …one doesn’t matter but they never send 1 extra even by mistake so how come they send 1 less or damaged by mistake…thanks
